Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat has donated Rs. 1 crore for the rescue and rehabilitation of Uttarakhand disaster victims. The Parishat has donated the money directly to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister's Relief Fund. "Ram Puri also conveyed the deep condolences of Jagadguru Kripaluji Maharaj on this massive destruction of human life in the state of Uttarakhand," Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat said in a statement.
A message from Jagadguru Kripaluji Maharaj urging the victims to keep courage and unshakeable faith in god and praising the army soldiers for their valiant efforts in rescuing people was also handed over to chief minister.
